Bonnie Sherr is known throughout New Castle County for her in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. Bonnie was a key player in creating and growing City Systems, a well-established boutique real estate company. The company, started in the early 1980s, specialized in developing Historic Renovations in Quaker Hill, Trolley Square and Cool Springs. City Systems properties include Victorian Square and The Courts on Delaware Avenue as well as the Delaview Apartments, which is still owned and managed by them. They also were known for innovated design such as renovating an apartment building on Wawaset St. into two townhomes and transforming many homes in the Highlands. Today, she is excited to incorporate her experience with the dynamic Mottola Group.

Bonnie has been representing buyers and sellers since 1976 when she began her career in the relocation department of a local firm.  She’s known throughout the industry as being hands-on, flexible and creative. Bonnie has an eye for design and a deep understanding of the local market; other agents often consult her when pricing and staging homes.

Bonnie is very active in the non-profit community throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  She serves on the board of the Alzheimer's Association of the Delaware Valley, and she's a Founder for Fund for Women.

Bonnie still lives in the same Wilmington community in which she raised her family.
